An Act to amend the High Court Act.
Date of Commencement: 7th February, 2025 [through SI 47/2025].
Repeals: ss 18 and 24.
General Amendment: The High Court Act is amended by deleting the terms “Sheriff” and “Deputy Sheriff” wherever they appear in the Act.
